Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist - Full-time, Remote
Location: Philippines
Compensation: ₱45,000 - ₱55,000 / month

Our marketing team has been driving Magic\'s incredible growth through high-performing paid campaigns and data-driven marketing strategies. We need a Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing, loves optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and can scale our marketing operations to support explosive growth.
The role bridges campaign strategy and operational excellence and serves as the driving force behind our marketing team\'s growth initiatives.
Impact & ResponsibilitiesPerformance Campaign Operations
- Set up and optimize automated marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and maximize conversion rates
- Manage lead-nurturing workflows and customer journey optimization to boost campaign performance
- Create seamless integrations between marketing channels to support multi-touch attribution and campaign scaling
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute high-ROI automation strategies that accelerate growth
Campaign Analytics & Optimization
- Implement tracking systems that provide visibility into campaign performance and ROI
- Master campaign attribution to understand which channels drive high-value customers
- Use data enrichment tools to enhance lead scoring and improve targeting effectiveness
- Identify and resolve tracking issues to ensure accurate performance measurement
Performance Reporting & Insights
- Build dashboards showing campaign ROI, lead quality, and conversion metrics
- Provide reliable data to marketing specialists and managers to optimize performance
- Ensure data flows seamlessly so the team can make fast decisions to scale winning campaigns
Cross-Channel Collaboration
- Partner with paid ads, content, and sales teams to optimize the entire funnel
- Lead marketing ops projects that support launches and optimization
- Communicate performance insights and recommend optimizations
How you\'ll know you\'re succeeding:
- Improvements in campaign metrics like conversion rates and lead quality scores
- Support growth targets through optimized automation and attribution
- Be the go-to expert for campaign operations and enable scalability
- Execute setups and optimizations with speed and precision
- Build systems that deliver high-quality leads and support revenue growth
What we\'re looking for (Must-Haves):
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Data Science, or related fields
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and/or web analytics
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- HubSpot for campaign management and lead nurturing
- Google Analytics and campaign tracking
- Marketing automation platforms for workflow optimization
- Strong understanding of marketing funnel optimization, conversion tracking, and attribution
- Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign performance optimization
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams
- WFH Setup: Computer, 16 GB RAM, modern CPU, reliable internet, quiet workspace
- Bonus: Paid advertising experience across Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn, etc.
- Growth marketing background with A/B testing and funnel analysis
- Experience with Clearbit, Looker Studio, Zapier
- Basic SQL or data knowledge; startup experience preferred
