Your Role A highly organised and analytical professional responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing an Excel-based CRM system to support sales development operations and lead management. This role ensures data accuracy, operational efficiency, and performance visibility across the sales development function. Key Responsibilities CRM Design & Maintenance: Build and scale a custom Excel-based CRM (utilising Macros and Power BI), ensuring stability, usability, and adaptability to team needs. SDR Tab Management: Create and manage individual SDR tabs with standardised fields for prospect data, including contact details, provider info, device types, and expiry timelines. Data Standardisation & Quality Control: Implement dropdown menus and formatting rules to ensure consistency across disposition, sentiment, and cadence types; regularly audit SDR-entered data for accuracy and completeness. Lead Management & Distribution: Maintain master account lists and distributed monthly lead allocations; de-duplicated records across SDR tabs to prevent overlap. Cadence & Outreach Structuring: Organise SDR outreach workflows and cadence templates for streamlined engagement. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Automate dashboards utilising Power BI and Macros to monitor key SDR metrics (calls, emails, meetings, opportunities); tracked individual and team performance using status fields and built summary reports for leadership. Insights & Analytics: Develop heatmaps and trend reports to identify high-performing activities; supported campaign effectiveness reviews and lead quality assessments. What You Need Non-negotiables 1-3 years of experience in data analytics Experience in a B2B environment is preferred. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce). Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with macros and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
