Your Role: A highly organized and analytical professional responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing an Excel-based CRM system to support sales development operations and lead management. Ensures data accuracy, operational efficiency, and performance visibility across sales development function. Key Responsibilities: CRM Design & Maintenance: Build and scale a custom Excel-based CRM (utilizing Macros, Power BI), ensuring stability, usability, adaptability to team needs. SDR Tab Management: Create and manage individual SDR tabs with standardized fields for prospect data (contact details, provider info, device types, expiry timelines). Data Standardization & Quality Control: Implement dropdown menus, formatting rules; regularly audit SDR entered data for accuracy and completeness. Lead Management & Distribution: Maintain master account lists, distributed monthly lead allocations; de-duplicate records across SDR tabs to prevent overlap. Cadence & Outreach Structuring: Organize SDR outreach workflows and cadence templates for streamlined engagement. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Automate dashboards using Power BI and Macros to monitor key SDR metrics (calls, emails, meetings, opportunities); track individual and team performance with status fields, summary reports for leadership. Insights & Analytics: Develop heatmaps, trend reports to identify high-performing activities; support campaign effectiveness reviews, lead quality assessments. What You Need: Non-negotiables: 1-3 years of experience in data analytics. Experience in a B2B environment preferred. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with macros, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in data handling. Effective communication, collaboration skills across teams. Analytical mindset, interpret data, generate insights.
