Our founders have built multiple 8-figure supplement companies and now we’re assembling a creative strike team to produce the next breakout brand. We launched our own brand earlier this year which is on track to be one of the fastest-growing wellness companies in the world. Operating across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop , we’ve gone from concept to multi-channel revenue engine in a few short months. Our five-person core team is small, elite, and obsessed with creative performance. Every ad, edit, and piece of content we produce directly drives growth and that’s exactly why we’re looking for a world-class Video Editor to join us. Your Mission Create short-form video ads that don’t just look good, they win. You’ll own the creative editing process end-to-end: transforming raw ideas and footage into high-performance ads that drive measurable results. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role working directly with the founders. You’ll be expected to think like a strategist, execute like a pro, and grow into a leadership position as the team scales. Responsibilities Edit short-form content for Meta based on proven high-performing styles Create ads that earn spend, scale profitably, and become benchmarks for future creatives Match pacing, captions, transitions, and music to brand storytelling tone Repurpose long-form or talking content into scroll-stopping short videos Add motion graphics, captions, and sound design that increase CTR and watch time Maintain clean project structure and deliverables within ClickUp and your editing suite Rapidly implement feedback and deliver multiple tested variations per week Experiment with new formats and AI tools to push the creative frontier Collaborate with founders to test new hooks, messaging angles, and concepts Future Growth Path Lead creative testing by identifying which ad styles perform best Co-create ad scripts and storyboards with founders and strategists Manage junior editors or freelancers as we expand Progress into a Creative Strategist or Team Lead, owning ad concept strategy and creative systems Our Tech Stack Editing: Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Descript, AI tools (ElevenLabs, Heygen, VEO3, SoraAI and other similar softwares) Organization: ClickUp, Google Drive Advertising: Meta Ads Manager (creative analytics & testing) KPIs You Will Own Ad variation output per week CTR, watch time, and ROAS on your creatives Winning ad % Revision rate What We’re Looking For Deeply creative yet process-driven and organized Systems thinker who can scale their own workflow Curious about marketing, virality, and consumer psychology Self-starter who experiments without needing direction Takes feedback well and improves quickly Clear communicator in async environments Meticulous with pacing, sound, timing, and flow High-agency operator: proactive, accountable, and focused on outcomes Understands how emotion and storytelling drive conversions Why Join Red Water Direct access to founders who’ve already built 8-figure brands Zero corporate layers - speed, freedom, and impact Learn how to turn creativity into scalable performance Clear path to Creative Strategist and/or Team Lead Your work will be seen by millions and directly tied to company growth This Role Is Not for You If You just want to “edit videos” without caring about performance You need constant direction or can’t self-manage deadlines You take feedback personally or avoid iteration You’re not hungry to learn marketing or growth strategy Compensation $1,500–$3,000 USD / month (depending on experience & region) Performance incentives for creatives that scale and generate profitable spend Fully remote • Must overlap at least 3–4 hours EST for feedback and review How to Apply If you’re a top-tier creative operator who thrives on ownership, solves problems before anyone has to ask, and wants to build something world-class… we want to hear from you.
