The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s information technology operations, infrastructure, and digital systems. This role ensures that technology aligns with business needs and supports operational efficiency. The IT Manager leads the IT team, ensures cybersecurity, and drives technology improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Leads, mentors and manages the IT team

  • Develops and implements IT strategies aligned with the company’s needs

  • Works with senior management and department heads to identify opportunities for digital transformation

  • Oversees the operation, maintenance and upgrade of hardware, software and networks

  • Monitors performance and service levels of the company’s IT vendors

  • Ensures business continuity through disaster recovery and backup planning

  • Develops and enforces data security policies and standards, as well as compliance with relevant data protection regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

  • 3-5 years experience in IT operations with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Solid grasp of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity and enterprise systems

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Fluent in both English and Tagalog
