ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager (SPM) to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs across cross‑functional teams in an agile environment, while leveraging modern development and collaboration tools to ensure delivery excellence. As the SPM, you’ll oversee a portfolio of high‑impact software projects , enabling engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align goals, timelines, and delivery milestones. You’ll be the heartbeat of the delivery rhythm, balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on execution. A DAY IN YOUR LIFE Lead end‑to‑end program management of multiple, concurrent software development projects across product lines. Lead customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects. Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with engineering, product, and executive teams. Maintain program roadmaps , dashboards, and status reports, ensuring transparency and proactive communication of risks, issues, and dependencies. Drive Agile and Scrum best practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives at scale. Drive all aspects of program integration, from reviewing product design assessments to after‑sales support for the various modules. Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Own risk management , escalation processes, and change control across the portfolio. Implement tooling and process enhancements to improve velocity, quality, and visibility of software delivery. Act as a liaison between executive sponsors and delivery teams to ensure alignment of vision, resources, and outcomes. ABOUT YOU 7+ years of program/project management experience, including 3+ years in software product development or SaaS environments . Proven experience managing multiple complex, technical programs simultaneously. Strong familiarity with Agile , Scrum , Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) , or Kanban methodologies. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to influence without authority, work across global time zones, and manage ambiguity. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or PMP/PMI‑ACP is a plus). Experience working in a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up environment. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern development practices. Prior experience working with distributed teams.
