Company Description Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation Job Description Performs preventive and corrective maintenance activities on farm electrical systems and processes. Controls and maintains electrical equipment, ensuring efficient operation and prolonged service life. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical/electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand and power tools. Diagnose equipment and system malfunctions using test equipment and hand tools to locate causes and correct problems. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and needs for adjustment or repair, and ensure compliance with codes. Test electrical systems and circuit continuity using testing devices such as mega‑ohmmeters, voltmeters, and clamp meter testers to ensure compatibility and safety. Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment such as motors. Place conduit into designated partitions, walls, or concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes. Stay on‑call during off‑hours and rest days to maintain good running condition of all electrical equipment. Attend to electrical repairs and other requirements at Nucleus Farm, Farm 2, Farm 3, Farm 4, and Farm 5. Ensure compliance with 5'S activities and ISO 9001:200. Recommend and suggest improvements (KAIZEN) as part of department quality improvement activities. Other Tasks Safety Management: Monitor farm electrical load and ensure that electrical usage does not exceed the maximum load threshold. Equipment Safety: Conduct routine inspection of operating electrical equipment, check operating parameters, and initiate corrective measures for any abnormalities. Troubleshooting: Conduct problem‑solving activities for causes of electrical/electronic variances; seek advice from Maintenance Leadman / Site Planner for unsolved problems. Food Safety: Comply with company quality, Halal, health, and food safety policies, standards, and regulations; report problems related to Halal food safety and quality management system to the identified authorities. Corporate Participation: Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management, etc.; perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior. Qualifications Education: Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering or BS Electronics & Communications Engineering. Experience: Preferably at least three (3) years of work experience in a related field. Licenses: (none specified). Other Requirements: Working knowledge of instrumentation technology; electrical/electronics circuit design, troubleshooting, and repair. Knowledge and understanding of farm technology. Familiarity with panel board and other electronic device analysis and troubleshooting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
