The Store Auditor aims to support the company's expansion by evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to enhance workers' skills and improve output and efficiency.

SCOPE OF WORK:

  1. Conduct audits as scheduled and discuss deviations confidently with store leads.
  2. Provide professional feedback to store leads.
  3. Offer recommendations and guidance for improvement.
  4. Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  5. Monitor corrective and preventive actions of store leads.
  6. Recommend and verify the issuance of Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for recurring deviations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Food Science and Technology or BS Food Technology.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in the food industry.
  • Knowledgeable about store operations (FOH & BOH).
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and keen attention to detail.
