HR Associate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in the processing of government contributions and loans, then endorses accounting for payment in a timely manner.
- In-charge of processing government benefits and in-house company benefits in a timely manner.
- Process HMO enrollment, update, and deletion for the account officer in a timely manner.
- Prepares HRIS credentials for newly hired employees during onboarding.
- Creates personnel action notice for employees with movements pertaining to changes in employment status, transfer, or re-designation.
- Processes the timekeeping of all employees and generates reports for payroll in a timely manner. Handling employee inquiries and concerns regarding compensation and benefits.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
JOB COMPETENCIES:
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines related to compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
