Job Title: Brand Associate

At HR Network Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Brand Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving customer acquisition targets, maintaining brand equity, and managing all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire leads for new customers through digital touchpoints, including social media, email marketing, and SMS.
  • Create in-house events and participate in third-party events to generate leads.
  • Develop and monitor performance marketing campaigns to maximize marketing budgets.
  • Prepare email marketing content and update the company website to improve searchability.
  • Maintain brand equity across all touchpoints by ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Marketing, Commerce, Business Studies/Management/Administration or related field.
  • 4 years of relevant work experience in consumer insights and content creation.
  • Adept knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and Tagalog written and oral communication.
Competencies:
  • Communication: Collaborative/team player, effective communication (oral or written).
  • Logical Reasoning: Data-driven thinking, Analytical skills, problem solving.
  • Technical/Functional: Creative thinking, tech savvy, Up-to-date on emerging trends.
Work Schedule:

8 hours (total of 9 hours with lunch break), 5-day work week with weekends off.
