Job responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with the Business Development Executive (BDE) the farm production performance updates, especially on-going feeding trials, on a weekly basis or as directed by Broiler TL.
  2. Monitor data and provide current information on farm parameters including population and age, live weight (Average daily gain, weekly body weights), feed intake (daily, cumulative), mortalities and morbidities (daily, cumulative, medication/intervention), comparative feed products (benchmark), and other items as directed by Broiler TL or territory BDE.
  3. Prepare necessary reports and updates on a regular basis.
  4. Coordinate feed and equipment requirements needed for feeding trials.
  5. Perform statistical analysis of experimental data.
  6. Write executive reports and prepare presentation materials for concluded grow-out cycles.
  7. Confirm product performance and remind clients of recommended product usage.
  8. Ensure proper handling, safety, maintenance and ideal inventory levels of research materials, supplies, equipment and facilities under the section's responsibility.
  9. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of areas under responsibility.
  10. Preserve gathered farm flock/herd records and keep them confidential.
  11. Other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Animal Science or related courses.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; experience in R&D or handling trials is an advantage.
  • Basic to moderate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
