Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily activities of your team, providing leadership, guidance, and direction to team members to ensure work is completed on schedule with attention to quality standards, priorities, and overall goals.
  • Oversee the use of standard process workflows by your team and track productivity and performance to meet established levels, especially during critical activity periods.
  • Analyze team statistics and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Coach and develop: train and mentor team members, identify development needs, and coordinate additional training as needed; evaluate associates on performance and complete performance appraisals; establish Individual Development Plans.
  • Develop and administer corrective action and performance improvement plans; manage hire/fire authority in conjunction with Human Resources; oversee Workforce Management to include scheduling and succession planning.
  • Manage escalations and resolve client issues, using strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with customers and representatives and strive to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications
  • Experience leading teams, coaching and developing staff, and evaluating performance.
  • Ability to train, mentor, and coordinate with leaders to address development needs and training requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge for resolving client issues and communicating with customers and representatives.
  • Ability to work with Human Resources and Workforce Management on scheduling, succession planning, and corrective actions.
  • Commitment to high ethical standards and integrity.
