Overview Intermediate Accountant | Australian Accounting at TOA Global. Location: Cebu. Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Arrangement: Onsite. Unlock your potential with TOA Global. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support our finance operations. The role involves a range of tasks across accounts receivable, accounts payable, reporting, and general ledger reconciliation, plus any ad hoc business requests. Key Responsibilities Follow-up on outstanding customer invoices, including making customer calls Process supplier invoices from Dokka into NetSuite, and own the process by chasing any outstanding invoice approvals Perform weekly credit card reconciliations, and chase any outstanding receipts Calculate and prepare Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) obligations on a monthly basis Assist in calculating monthly excise tax Assist in the preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) Reconcile prepayments and ensure accurate month-end balances Prepare and post monthly AP accruals Maintain the fixed assets register and post monthly depreciation journals Qualifications Graduate of Accountancy or Accounting Technology; CPA licensed is advantageous More than 2 years of work experience in accounting, preferably Australian accounting Excellent communication skills — written and verbal Attentive to details and organized What’s in it for you?
