Position Summary The On-Site ESL Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality English lessons to a variety of students, primarily young learners and professionals, from within our Mandaue City office. This role requires commitment to a professional, structured, on-site environment and adherence to the established curriculum and school standards. Key Responsibilities Instruction & Delivery - Lesson Execution: Deliver dynamic and effective English lessons (primarily 1:1 or small group) based on the provided Creavio Academy curriculum and materials. - Student Management: Maintain a high level of student engagement, manage classroom behavior (if applicable), and track student progress accurately. - Assessment: Conduct student placement tests, periodic assessments, and provide clear progress reports to the academic team and, when required, to clients/parents. Professionalism & On-Site Compliance - Scheduling: Adhere strictly to the fixed on-site teaching schedule, prioritizing punctuality and reliability. - Collaboration: Actively participate in weekly teacher training sessions, team meetings, and contribute to a supportive on-site working culture. - Curriculum Adherence: Follow designated lesson plans and methodologies to ensure consistency and quality across the program. Essential Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s Degree (any field, preferably related to Education, English, or Linguistics). - Certification: TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certification (Minimum 120 Hours). Teaching Experience: Minimum 1 year of documented professional teaching experience (in-class preferred). Language & Location: - Native or near-Native English fluency (clear, neutral accent). - Must commit to a full-time, on-site schedule in Mandaue City, Cebu. No remote work options available.
