About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate Teacher Manager to lead our ESL instructors and ensure the success of our programs. This is a remote, full-time role where you can inspire educators, shape curriculum, and support students—all from home.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PT

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee ESL curriculum implementation.
  • Support and mentor ESL instructors.
  • Conduct teacher evaluations and professional development.
  • Collaborate with administration on program improvement.
  • Stay updated on TESOL trends to enhance curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in TESOL, Linguistics, or English (required).
  • Strong command of English, spoken and written.
  • Proven experience in ESL teaching and academic leadership.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using online teaching tools and working remotely.
  • Commitment to an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
