Overview

Appointment Setting - B2B Sales (US Based Client) — Intelassist. Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. Employment Type: Full-Time, Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for two weeks, followed by a transition to a remote setup. Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Time Zone). Salary Package: 50,000 to 60,000 PHP/Monthly.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to support lead generation, email outreach, and appointment setting for a U.S.-based recycling business focused on builders and contractors. This role involves initiating professional conversations over the phone and via email, preparing introductory materials and price quotes, and maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in helping construction-related businesses discover sustainable recycling solutions while being backed by a supportive offshore operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound sales calls to builders, contractors, and construction firms from provided lead lists.
  • Send customized outreach emails.
  • Introduce services and solutions clearly, whether by phone or email, using persuasive and professional language.
  • Set qualified appointments between interested prospects and the client.
  • Prepare and send pricing information and quotes using client-approved formats and documentation.
  • Manage follow-ups for unresponsive contacts, nurturing warm leads over time.
  • Update CRM or lead tracker with detailed call notes, email correspondence, and status updates.
  • Work closely with the client to align on messaging, industry talking points, and adjustments to the outreach strategy.
Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or account management, preferably in construction, recycling, or related industries.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like CRMs, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to absorb technical or pricing information and explain it simply to potential customers.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to timelines.
Preferred Background
  • Understanding construction workflows, project bidding, or sustainability/recycling solutions is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads or closing sales appointments remotely.
