Overview We are seeking an experienced, APAC territory-based Sales Development Manager to lead and manage demandDrive's projects across the APAC region. In this role, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and scaling high-performing SDR teams to drive client success across various industries—from fast-growing start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. This client-facing, hands-on leadership position requires excellent English communication skills, cultural awareness of APAC business practices, and strong expertise in outbound sales development. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for APAC territory client programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations; develop and nurture relationships with client stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations and actionable insights; collaborate with internal teams to design, launch, and continuously enhance SDR programs; proactively identify client risks and opportunities to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, onboard, and manage SDR teams across multiple countries within APAC; coach and mentor SDRs to consistently achieve KPIs and deliver high-quality pipeline; foster a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive team environment focused on growth; conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and skills-based training sessions using internal resources and AI-driven role-play platforms. Sales Enablement, Resource Development, and Operations: Leverage tools such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and customized research methods to build and maintain prospect databases; develop tailored outreach strategies, including cold call scripts, email cadences, and playbooks adapted to APAC cultural nuances; collaborate with marketing and client teams to align messaging and outreach with client objectives. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Design and implement reports and dashboards across CRM platforms (primarily Salesforce and HubSpot), with flexibility to adapt to others like Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics; oversee CRM buildouts, including reporting and dashboards, to ensure transparency into activities and outcomes; generate weekly and quarterly reports for clients, with proficiency in Word and Excel for professional formatting and presentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in managing Sales Development teams, particularly within the technology or SaaS sector, across diverse APAC markets. Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and scaling high-performing SDR teams within a remote, hybrid, or multi-country APAC environment. Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot, with working knowledge of reporting and dashboard creation in others (e.g., Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or regional CRMs). Expertise in building high-quality prospect databases for SDR initiatives using tools like ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and market-specific research strategies for APAC regions. Proven track record of developing and optimizing talk tracks, email templates, and SDR playbooks across different APAC business cultures to drive high engagement rates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional APAC language skills are a plus. Strategic thinker with strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills; adaptable to APAC market nuances. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) for professional reports, performance tracking, and client presentations. Strong sense of accountability and ownership in managing client programs, with the ability to identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
