Overview

As our Corporate Wellness Case Manager , you will be a key medical leader for our corporate clients' employee wellness programs. You will blend clinical expertise with strategic program management to deliver comprehensive care, focusing on the unique health needs of office-based professionals. You will be instrumental in managing complex health cases, implementing preventative wellness initiatives, and advising clients on creating a healthier, more productive workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day medical consultations and expert case management for employees, with a primary focus on the prevention and long-term management of chronic diseases (e.g., hypertension, diabetes).
  • Develop and implement strategic, evidence-based corporate wellness programs, including health education lectures and initiatives designed to address the specific health risks of an office-based workforce.
  • Serve as a primary medical advisor to client HR and management teams, providing guidance on employee health matters, medical leaves, and fitness-for-work assessments.
  • Analyze aggregated employee health data to identify chronic disease trends and deliver actionable insights and recommendations that help clients improve overall workforce health and reduce absenteeism.
  • Ensure all wellness programs and health recommendations comply with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Registered physician with active PRC license, preferably with a Basic Course in Occupational Medicine (BCOM) certification.
  • Preferably with 2-5 years of leadership experience
  • Experience in corporate health, occupational medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine, is a plus
  • Knowledge in Google Workspace applications
  • Must work onsite in Makati
