Overview

Logistics Officer is responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely movement, storage, and distribution of materials, supplies, and equipment. This role ensures that all logistics operations are carried out smoothly, cost-effectively, and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations such as transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Manage and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipping documents and inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline processes and resolve delivery issues.
  • Monitor and control logistics costs, ensuring budget adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Support other departments in logistics-related requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree related to the job
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience as Logistics Officer in a Telco Company
  • Has good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Knowledgeable about MS Office
  • Has a driver’s license
  • Knowledgeable about proper warehouse management
  • Preferably a resident of Tarlac City
