Your Journey to Becoming a Developer at Brandboom: 1. Technical Support: You will start the program in technical support, where you’ll gain an in-depth understanding of our product from the inside out. This phase is crucial, as it allows you to intimately comprehend our customers' needs, ensuring you develop solutions that are not just innovative but also truly user-centric. 2. QA Engineer. After mastering the product and customer perspective, you'll transition to our QA team. Here, your role will evolve to include the development and maintenance of automated testing scripts and platform. This experience is invaluable, as it not only sharpens your technical skills but also instills a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Progressing to Full Stack Development: Demonstrating exceptional skill and dedication as a QA engineer opens the door to becoming a full stack developer on our team.
