1. Provide healthcare services, including first aid, medical evaluations, and emergency response, while demonstrating critical thinking and excellent bedside manner.
2. Manage clinic operations, maintain medical supplies, validate certificates, and ensure accurate medical record-keeping.
3. Lead health initiatives, disseminate health bulletins, and conduct safety walks to ensure protocol adherence.
4. Promote and oversee employee participation in evacuation drills, preparing postmortem reports.
5. Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and DOLE standards, ensuring compliance through monitoring and corrective actions.
6. Organize safety training sessions and implement hazard control and industrial hygiene programs.
7. Assess workplace risks, recommend corrective measures, and coordinate with local authorities on OSH requirements.
8. Maintain updated safety organizational charts, OSH permits, and ensure compliance documentation is current.
9. Generate and consolidate weekly and monthly clinic and OSH reports.

1. Education: Registered Nurse with clinical or bedside experience.
2. Experience: Preferably in a BPO setup.
3. Certifications: BOSH Training and BLS Training preferred.
4. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
5. Work Schedule: Amenable to working night shifts.
6. Work Location: Bacolod City, Philippines.
7. Type of Work: Part-Time (4-hour shifts).
