Role Overview Are you a creative storyteller who loves turning ideas into engaging visuals and content? ✨ We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Assistant who can bring energy, strategy, and flair to our social media, webinars, and video campaigns. If you’re passionate about design, digital marketing, and content that connects — we want you on our team What You’ll Do Develop and execute social media strategies that boost engagement and brand Plan and execute social media strategies that grow our audience and strengthen brand awareness across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more). Design eye‑catching posters, graphics, and ad creatives that reflect our brand’s voice and style. Create, schedule, and manage social media ads and promotional campaigns. Assist in organizing and promoting webinars — from content planning to post‑event highlights. Collaborate in producing and editing YouTube videos , ensuring content is engaging, visually appealing, and on‑brand. Brainstorm fresh marketing ideas and help bring campaigns to life. Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and conversions. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management . A portfolio showcasing your best work — from designs to campaigns or videos. Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator , or similar design tools. Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) is a big plus Knowledge of social media ads and analytics tools. Strong communication skills, creativity, and a proactive attitude. Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a remote setup .
