Marketplace Manager We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketplace Manager to lead our Amazon and Walmart business operations. This role will oversee strategy, execution, and performance across both marketplaces – driving growth, profitability, and brand excellence. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end performance for Amazon and Walmart, driving sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Develop and execute marketplace strategies that align with overall company objectives. Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with KPIs, deliverables, and ROI goals. Maintain proactive communication and accountability to achieve consistent results. Oversee large-scale PPC, DSP, and Sponsored Ads campaigns across both platforms. Optimize targeting, bids, and budgets to improve ACoS and maximize ROAS. Ensure all product listings are optimized for visibility, conversion, and brand consistency. Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful imagery, A+ content, and enhanced brand stores. Track and analyze marketplace metrics including CTR, CVR, TACoS, Buy Box share, and organic ranking. Translate data into actionable insights and deliver detailed weekly/monthly reports to senior leadership. Partner with internal brand, creative, and marketing teams on promotions, launches, and pricing strategies. Support seamless coordination between advertising, inventory, and operations. Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies. Identify emerging trends and growth opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage. Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing Amazon (Seller or Vendor Central) and Walmart marketplaces. Proven track record managing and scaling large advertising budgets ($100K+/month). Deep expertise in Amazon PPC, DSP, and keyword optimization strategies. Strong command of marketplace analytics tools such as Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium10, Data Studio, Pacvue , or similar. Experience leading agency partnerships and cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Strong project management and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience with Shopify and Netsuite . Knowledge of A/B testing, retail readiness and conversion optimization strategies. Prior experience across multiple consumer product categories.
