Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies, content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Support monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to crafting social media content including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Collaborate with team members to align social media efforts with digital marketing objectives and client goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content.
  • Support influencer marketing campaigns including influencer identification, outreach, collaboration management, and contract coordination.
  • Assist in monitoring influencer campaign performance and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Help manage paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and A/B testing.
  • Support SEO efforts including on-page and off-page strategies, keyword research, technical audits, and performance monitoring.
  • Assist in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns such as email and SMS marketing, including list segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and CRM management.
  • Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, assisting with presentation materials and digital marketing strategy.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and share knowledge with the team to foster continuous learning.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite products.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results and contributing to client success.
  • Prior internship or relevant work experience in digital marketing is a plus, but not required.
Compensation

Salary Range: PHP 20,000 - 25,000
