Your Role Key responsibilities include: Assist in developing and executing social media strategies, content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Support monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying optimization opportunities. Contribute to crafting social media content including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing. Collaborate with team members to align social media efforts with digital marketing objectives and client goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content. Support influencer marketing campaigns including influencer identification, outreach, collaboration management, and contract coordination. Assist in monitoring influencer campaign performance and preparing reports and presentations. Help manage paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and A/B testing. Support SEO efforts including on-page and off-page strategies, keyword research, technical audits, and performance monitoring. Assist in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns such as email and SMS marketing, including list segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and CRM management. Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, assisting with presentation materials and digital marketing strategy. Stay informed about industry trends and share knowledge with the team to foster continuous learning. About You The company is looking for: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Strong interest in digital marketing with a desire to learn and grow. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite products. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting. Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results and contributing to client success. Prior internship or relevant work experience in digital marketing is a plus, but not required. Compensation Salary Range: PHP 20,000 - 25,000 This job may close before the stated closing date.
