Join us as a NI Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities Installation of Elevators, Escalators, and other Vertical Transportation Systems: Offer prompt and effective technical support to Schindler Philippines' clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely installation related to elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation systems meeting target installation efficiency. Troubleshoot and Diagnose: Utilize problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by customers or field technicians accurately. Identify root causes and develop solutions to resolve technical problems efficiently. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering courteous, professional, and proactive technical support services. Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing clear explanations and resolutions to technical inquiries and concerns. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of technical support interactions, including inquiries, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and escalation procedures. Comply on all safety and installation procedures which requires proper documentation. Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated with the latest developments in Schindler's products, technologies, and maintenance procedures. Provide training and guidance field technicians, and internal teams on troubleshooting techniques, product features, and best practices for installation. Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Quality Assurance: Implement and adhere to quality assurance standards (SAIS) and service level agreements to ensure consistent and reliable services. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of technical support operations. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies related to the installation of elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation systems. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and safety protocols to mitigate risks and uphold Schindler's reputation for reliability and professionalism. Professional Development: Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to expand technical skills, industry knowledge, and customer service capabilities. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends in vertical transportation systems to maintain a competitive edge and deliver value-added solutions to customers. Qualifications Education: Vocational course graduate preferably in electronic course or with equivalent exposure through previous work experience. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant work experience in installation of Elevator and Escalator. Job Classification: Rank and File (Field Staff).
