Data Analyst with TOPIK Level 4 Passer

Primary Responsibilities:
- Review documents in accordance with provided Work Instructions
- Process report packs in CBE systems (Certnet / Applaudd)
- Generate and issue certificates
- Check submitted documents and issue invoices to clients
- Perform administration tasks efficiently and accurately
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate
- Minimum of 2 years experience in back office activities with data collection, organization, analysis, and processing skills across various IT applications
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings
- Desirable but not mandatory: Experience in certification and SGS CBE IT tools (Certnet, Applaudd)
- Proficiency in English and Korean, with at least TOPIK Level 4
The candidate must possess the following skills:
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and meticulous
- Strong analytical skills with data management and processing capabilities
- Ability to produce clear, organized reports and correspondence
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and adaptable to change
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team with minimal supervision
