About The Role As one of the founding Data Analysts on the team, you will design, implement, and own critical models, reporting, and analysis. This role requires deep expertise in data manipulation, dashboard/reporting, experimentation, causal inference, and the ability to surface insights to support high-stakes decision-making. Requirement Over 5 years of experience in internet data analysis and over 3 years management experience, with independent responsibility for data work in core business modules. Strong team management experience and proven track record of mentoring analyst is required Proficient in SQL, Python, and other tools for data processing, quantitative analysis, and modeling.
