This role is for a Sales Intake Representative who acts as the gateway to our attorneys, guiding potential clients from initial outreach to formal consultation and building strong attorney-client relationships.

What You'll Do Every Day:

  • Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent the firm with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the first call.
  • Handle Client Calls: Manage inquiries, provide guidance, and schedule consultations with attorneys.
  • Own the Client Journey: Coordinate appointment setting and follow-up with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
