We are looking for a highly skilled Java Senior / Lead Developer with at least 5+ years of solid Java development experience. The ideal candidate is not only technically strong but also eager to take on people management responsibilities , mentoring and guiding junior developers while ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Java. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure quality solutions. Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to standards. Drive the resolution of complex technical issues. Support project delivery by managing timelines, risks, and dependencies. Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a collaborative team culture. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of solid Java development experience . Strong expertise in Java frameworks, libraries, and tools. Good understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred). Experience in leading teams or mentoring developers is a strong advantage.
