There are many processes to create or improve, so we are looking for someone with a systems and analytical mindset, who can offer and argue their ideas. Design, maintain and automate test cases and analyze the results Collaborate in a cross-functional team to improve the quality of our applications Follow and suggest improvements to QA processes Propose, create and enhance the project’s test strategy and test plan Create and maintain automated tests and reports Set up our own mobile device farm To succeed in this role you’ll need : 3+ years of experience in a similar role Experience in mobile automation testing using any common programming language (Java, Kotlin, Python, JS/TS, etc) and mobile frameworks (Espresso, XCUITest, Appium) Experience with TMS tools (TestOps, TestRail, etc) Familiarity with traffic sniffing tools (Proxyman, Charles, Fiddler) Ability to express complex bugs and edge cases clearly and concisely Strong communication and collaboration skills Will be a plus: Experience with Kotlin Experience with web testing Background in testing applications for financial institutions (investment banks, brokers, exchanges) Willingness to relocate to the Philippines Why would it be cool to work with us?
