Title: Marketing Specialist - Digital About the position: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist (Digital) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital experiences and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our website, contributing to its continuous improvement, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Responsibilities Make regular website updates, including content, collateral and images Drive A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve conversions and user engagement Help build out personalized web experiences Troubleshoot and resolve website incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement website enhancements Monitor website analytics and provide insights to inform future strategies Qualifications 3+ years of experience in web maintenance/management Experience using website CMS & tools such as WordPress and GoogleAnalytics Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles Knowledge of ABM and personalization platforms such as 6Sense and Mutiny is a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving web trends Equal Employment Opportunity Netskope is committed to implementing equal employment opportunities for all employees and applicants for employment.
