Sales and Business Development Actively seek new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation efforts. Present and recommend financial products aligned with client needs. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team. Training and Professional Development Engage in training programs to stay informed about financial products, market trends, and industry regulations. Secure required certifications and licenses to maintain professional practice standards. Bachelor’s degree in any field Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities. Proficient in analyzing and solving problems to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Self-driven, goal-focused, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team. Sales experience is an asset but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
