You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and delivering the suite of salesforce content to our teams. You will also provide performance analysis and provide leaders with insights and recommendations for improvement. We’re looking for someone who has strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time‑management skills, who is able to work to meet deadlines. How you will add value Manage our Salesforce report and dashboard content for our business units Support the organization to deliver quality reporting and analytics services that are efficient, effective and in line with their objectives Support, maintain and act as the key point of contact for advising on and building salesforce content Provide our teams with workload forecasting and productivity tracking Assist our Analysts with in‑depth analysis on our data and deliver meaningful insights to influence and support Leadership in making effective decisions Evaluate data quality and integrity to identify issues and opportunities for system and process improvements Salesforce Einstein/Tableau CRM Advanced User Your Experience 3+ years experience working in a Reporting Analyst role, reporting with advanced excel skills (pivot tabling and advanced formulae) Working knowledge of CRM (data entry/reporting) Salesforce experience desirable Intermediate to advanced MS Office / G‑Suite Stakeholder requirements gathering Proficient data analytical skills Verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders Strong time management skills Critical thinking and analytical skills required High attention to detail Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
