Overview
We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Windows Fabrication Head to join our team at One Sky Stainless & Aluminum in San Simon Pampanga. This is a full-time position offering competitive remuneration and benefits.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the entire aluminum windows and doors fabrication process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production timelines
- Lead and supervise a team of skilled fabrication technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement efficient production workflows, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and productivity
- Liaise with the sales and design teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective fabrication plans
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and address any issues or defects in the fabricated products
- Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Contribute to the overall continuous improvement initiatives within the organization
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the aluminum windows and doors or related manufacturing industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of aluminum fabrication processes, including cutting and assembly
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Skilled in operating CNC machines for aluminum cutting, drilling, notching, and milling
- Capable of accurate measurement, cost estimation, and preparing quotations for aluminum window projects
- Hands-on experience in fabrication and installation of aluminum windows and related systems
- Ability to train and mentor team members across fabrication, installation, and technical operations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
