Your role The Customer Success Engineer contributes to smooth customer experiences by ensuring the high availability and reliability of various platforms/touchpoints used by our customers. You will also address customer issues as required by a given business scenario. Resolve incidents and issues as they arise. Ensures that raised production tickets are closed within SLA. Reviews and assesses Service Requests raised by Business and ensures development is within the committed schedule. Acts as an alternate Scrum Master whenever the need arises. Assists the Scrum Master and Product Owner in managing the Tribe. Acts as a pseudo–Product Owner.
