We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products or services in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Provide information regarding products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns while maintaining customer satisfaction. Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed. Document and update customer interactions in the system accurately. Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction. Assist with billing, technical support, or product-related issues as necessary. Follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining flexibility to address customer needs. Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred). Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus. Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
