Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Call Center Representative to assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow company procedures and scripts to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call resolution time and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks or follow-up actions as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with call center software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work shifts, including weekends if necessary.
