Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner. Record and update customer interactions in the system. Follow company procedures and scripts to ensure consistency and quality. Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call resolution time and customer satisfaction. Assist with administrative tasks or follow-up actions as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred). Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Basic computer skills and experience with call center software. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Flexible schedule and willingness to work shifts, including weekends if necessary.
