About the job

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on analytics experience to support our Lending and Credit Card business groups. This role will play a key part in driving campaign analysis, customer profiling, and portfolio growth insights that help business units make informed, data-driven decisions. The role will require strong analytical skills, business understanding, and stakeholder engagement.

What you will do:

  • Analyze performance of acquisition, upsell, and retention campaigns for lending and credit card products; derive actionable insights and recommendations to optimize targeting and messaging.
  • Build and maintain base lists using business rules and segmentation logic for campaigns.
  • Develop data-driven customer profiles and behavioral clusters.
  • Use historical data, seasonality, and business levers to project expected growth trends for user base, disbursements, and card-in-force metrics.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Proficient in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Hands-on experience in campaign performance analysis, list generation using logic-based rules, and customer segmentation.
  • Familiarity with lending and credit card KPIs and lifecycle stages is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Python or R for forecasting or statistical modeling.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms or CRM tools.
  • Understanding of risk and compliance considerations related to campaign base generation.
