Position: Marketing Manager (MM) • Department: Business Development • Location: Clark, Pampanga, Philippines • Reporting To: Director of Business Development

Job Description

The Marketing Manager will manage digital marketing efforts to support online lead generation, website performance, and strategic communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role oversees planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing activities across multiple channels to drive service offerings and business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Company Website: serve as the gatekeeper for the company’s website, developing content, ensuring information is up to date, and measuring page performance to optimize overall site effectiveness.
  • Focal Point Online Lead Generation: plan, oversee, and execute digital marketing efforts to generate interest in TRT’s service offerings using online demand generation throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Analyze Trends: stay informed about the latest developments in the digital B2B space and industry trends.
  • Report Analytics: monitor and report results of digital marketing efforts, identify opportunities, and communicate insights to TRT management and stakeholders. Utilize tools such as SEO/SEM (Google Ads), CMS (WordPress), and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in related digital marketing areas.
  • Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing without authority.
  • Experience in managing B2B digital marketing projects and driving results.
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to work in ambiguity and take ownership with minimal direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of 3 or more high-performing individuals.
  • Strategic and innovative thinking capability.
Essential Skills
  • Web coding: strong understanding of HTML and CSS for website management.
  • Marketing automation: experience across multiple digital channels with emphasis on SEO/SEM and revenue impact.
  • Social media savvy: familiarity with current platforms and ability to oversee campaigns.
  • Communication skills: strong copywriting and editing aligned with brand voice.
  • Analytical skills: ability to quantify campaign results andRecommend improvements.
