Your role The Senior Crew is responsible for the following: Providing good customer service and attending to customers’ needs Taking and serving customers their orders Dealing with customer feedback with a positive attitude Regular Sanitation Lending a hand to different store areas whenever it is needed Training, development & rotations Jollibee does provide the needed training before the employee starts working. They do provide classroom training, as well as videos, booklets, and other instructional materials that will enable the new entrant to have a better understanding of how the company operates.
