Overview Isentia is the Asia-Pacific region's leading media intelligence company, empowering clients to understand their brand and reputation. Our clients are diverse, ranging from globally renowned brands right through to start-ups and not-for-profit organizations We are currently looking for a Senior Insights Analyst who will provide high-quality insights, insightful media analysis, and research to our clients. The SIA will also build and maintain solid client relationships by demonstrating strong industry knowledge. Responsibilities Lead the insights and analysis function for key accounts and projects. Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends. Manage and analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Develop and deliver actionable insights and reports to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for client projects. Present findings and recommendations to clients clearly and compellingly. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and insights. Oversee the development and implementation of data analysis projects. Define project objectives and deliverables. Manage project timelines and resources. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts. Guide and support junior analysts in their professional development. Provide feedback and constructive criticism to help improve their analysis and reporting skills. Ensure high-quality and consistent outputs from the team. Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Suggest and implement enhancements to existing analysis frameworks. Stay informed about emerging tools and technologies in the field of data analysis. Share knowledge and best practices with the team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., Mass Communication, Journalism, Broadcast Communication, Research, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Media, or any related courses. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data analysis and insights role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in data analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python). Experience working with large data sets and using statistical analysis techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team. Knowledge of market research methodologies and industry trends. Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Preferred qualifications Experience in the media monitoring or analysis industry. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). #J-18808-Ljbffr
