Global Benefits Management Analyst WTW Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Join WTW to apply for the Global Benefits Management Analyst role. The Global Benefits Center (GBC) is a part of the Research and Innovation Center (RIC) that delivers high‑quality international benefits business support worldwide and locally. Key responsibilities include managing the benefits database, reporting, consolidation, benchmarking, contract renewal analysis, claims tracking and resolution, and benefit audit support. Responsibilities Enhance the technical knowledge of benefits plans worldwide. Support global and regional benefit projects—deliverables, communication, budget, and resources. Enhance data, process, and project management skills. Implement and collect data: coordinate GBM technology setup and track initial inventory of benefit policies. Maintain ongoing data inventory: monitor renewals, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate internal tool records. Project management support: review client deliverables, prepare client meetings, and provide high‑level consistency checks. Pool support: gather pooling data for internal tool updates and reporting. Provide additional client support such as training, best‑practice implementation, and budget management. Monitor client focus: ensure timely, high‑quality task completion and effective communication. Operate with operational excellence: adopt best‑practice technology, improve processes, review data accuracy, and contribute to product improvement. Build internal relationships and support team collaboration across regions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or related discipline. 3+ years of project management or client service experience; benefits or insurance shared‑services operation experience a plus. Strong oral, written, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in an additional language preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Business acumen with awareness of the bigger picture. Client‑service orientation and collaborative mindset. Methodical problem‑solving and analytical thinking. Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple projects. Leadership potential to guide individuals toward common goals.
