E‑Commerce Manager (Lazada & Shopee) Onsite – Pasig City, Metro Manila · Full-time Sodarizer is looking for an E‑Commerce Manager to own and grow its Lazada and Shopee stores. This role acts like a brand manager for Sodarizer on these marketplaces, driving day-to-day operations, campaigns, and sales performance. What youll do Manage Sodarizers Lazada and Shopee stores end-to-end using the seller centers. Plan and execute marketplace campaigns and promotions that drive traffic, conversion, and revenue. Optimize product listings (titles, images, descriptions) to improve visibility and conversion. Plan and manage mega sales, payday sales, brand days, vouchers, bundles, and promos. Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rate, ROAS, and traffic, then recommend improvements. Coordinate with creatives, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution and great customer experience. This is a hands-on owner role for someone who enjoys treating Lazada and Shopee like their own business. What were looking for Solid, hands-on experience managing Lazada and/or Shopee stores (not just support or basic admin work). Proven track record of growing marketplace sales through campaigns, promos, and smart merchandising. Experience creating and executing marketplace strategies for DTC, FMCG, retail, or similar e‑commerce brands. Strong ownership mindset, comfortable being accountable for sales, conversion, and overall performance. Data-driven approach, with the ability to make decisions based on dashboards and performance reports. Able to work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating well with internal teams. Bonus points for experience managing multiple SKUs and bundles, running ads within Lazada/Shopee, or scaling marketplace sales for a growing brand.
