Job Description

We''re on the lookout for a Marketing Manager (Ads Specialist) to lead the charge in high-performance paid media campaigns. Your mission is to drive course sales and high-quality lead generation through data-led, conversion-optimised advertising on Meta, Google, and YouTube. You''ll own the end-to-end process — from ad creative to funnel optimisation and post-click analysis — with the support of a wider content and development team.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), and YouTube
  • Build and refine audiences, including retargeting, lookalikes, and interest-based segments
  • Scale daily ad budgets of $200–$,000 while maintaining profitability
  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel
  • Reduce CAC and improve ROAS through continuous testing
  • A/B test creatives, landing pages, audiences, and funnel stages
  • Optimise campaign flow for an LTV:CAC ratio of 3:1 or better
  • Execute conversion tracking and attribution strategies
  • Report on CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV, and funnel drop-off
  • Identify insights and optimisation opportunities from analytics
  • Track competitor trends and benchmark performance
  • Produce video ads (15s/30s/60s) using stock or existing footage
  • Design static, carousel, and motion creatives using Canva or Photoshop
  • Build and test landing pages using Unbounce, ClickFunnels or similar tools
  • Create multi-touch sales funnels for digital products or course sales
  • Develop lead magnets, tripwire offers, and opt-in forms
  • Set up automated email sequences and post-sign-up workflows
  • Continuously optimise the customer journey for maximum conversions
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • 50K+ monthly ad spend management history
  • Experience promoting digital products or online courses
  • Deep knowledge of conversion optimisation strategies
  • Solid understanding of attribution, retargeting, and funnel logic
  • Performance Metrics Experience
  • < 20 CPL, >4x ROAS, or >30% conversion rate improvement record
  • Proven history of successfully scaling campaign budgets
  • Strong ability to reduce CAC while maintaining lead quality
  • Experience with LTV:CAC ratio targeting and tracking
  • Software Proficiency
  • Ads & Analytics: Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Editor, YouTube Studio
  • Automation/Integrations: Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, n8n or agents
  • UX Insight Tools: Hotjar, Crazy Egg (heatmaps & scroll tracking)
  • Advanced Google Ads certification
  • Experience in scaling e-learning or course-based businesses
  • Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g. Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign)
  • Experience building brand narratives through UGC-style content
  • Understanding of behavioural psychology in marketing and sales funnels
  • Background in CRO/UX testing and heatmap analysis
