Job Responsibilities: ✨ Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization prior to processing. ✨ Enter invoices into the Accounts Payable system, ensuring correct general ledger coding and cost center allocation. ✨ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. ✨ Verify and process invoices, matching them with purchase orders and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. ✨ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
