As we expand our expertise and reach in this sector, we seek a Senior Architect to join our team and lead the design and development of our sports-related projects. Job Overview We seek an experienced Senior Architect with a strong sports facilities and stadium design background. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and delivering high-profile sports projects. This position requires a seasoned architect who is highly skilled in project management, design development, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. You will drive the conceptualization, design, and execution of sports facilities, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of sports facilities and stadium projects from concept to completion. Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to understand and translate project requirements into exceptional design solutions. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on‑time and on‑budget completion. Oversee design documentation, including architectural drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations. Coordinate with internal teams, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to ensure cohesive and integrated designs. Conduct site visits, assessments, and reviews to monitor project progress and resolve design‑related issues. Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in sports facility design. Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented studio environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s or sports architecture specialization is preferred. At least five years of professional experience in sports‑related architecture. Demonstrated experience in leading the design of large‑scale sports facilities, stadiums, or arenas. Proficient in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling tools. Strong understanding of sports architecture, including seating arrangements, spectator flow, and functional planning. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Why Join Us?
