We are hiring a General Accounting Associate to join our finance team in Cebu . Responsibilities Process journal entries, payables, receivables, and other day-to-day accounting tasks Coordinate with Procurement for verification and matching of Purchase Orders, deliveries, and invoices Assist in cost tracking, inventory reconciliation, and project expense monitoring Reconcile accounts with suppliers, customers, and internal departments Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting Help prepare documentation for audits and regulatory compliance Ensure timely and accurate encoding and filing of accounting records Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams for inventory and costing validation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related course Experience in a manufacturing or construction company is a strong advantage Knowledge of PO processing and invoice matching Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent) Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines Willing to work on-site in Cebu City Must be a licensed CPA with 3-5 years of experience in General Accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr
