The Graphic Artist is responsible for creating visually engaging designs for digital and print media to support the company’s marketing, branding, and in-game promotional initiatives. This role plays a key part in producing creative assets that attract and retain players in the online gaming environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Design and produce digital assets for websites, social media, advertisements, and in-game events. Develop branding materials including logos, banners, posters, and merchandise designs. Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to conceptualize and execute design projects. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs. Edit and retouch images and videos when required. Prepare final artworks for printing and publishing. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and visual best practices. Provide creative support in UI/UX design for gaming platforms or applications (if applicable). Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO, digital marketing, or online gaming environment. Language Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. Proficient in written and spoken English. Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively with both creative and non-creative team members. Reasoning Ability: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative briefs. Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique visual solutions. Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Open to feedback and able to make revisions promptly. Computer Skills: To perform the job successfully, an individual should have a basic knowledge on: Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus. Familiarity with basic UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is an advantage. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus but not require #J-18808-Ljbffr
