Overview
Quality and Process Improvement Supervisor for Commonwealth Hospital and Medical Center (CHMC), part of the MVP Group of Companies and Metro Pacific Health (MPH) network. CHMC is a growing hospital with a modern facility and a focus on operational efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance within CHMC.
- Oversee process assessments, workflow reviews, and quality improvement projects.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop corrective action plans, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Three to five years of experience in quality management or process improvement (healthcare experience preferred).
- Experience with ISO certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with problem-solving methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
Located beside SM Fairview, CHMC operates a modern facility in two buildings with a total capacity of 148 beds and over 600 staff, supported by more than 300 specialists.
